The swimming pool is open from 6 am. to 10 p.m. Tuesday-Sunday.
Pool rates: PHP 150 for Regular days. PHP 300 for Holidays.
*The pool is closed every Monday. It is intended for cleaning and maintenance.*
ANNOUNCEMENT: The swimming pool is close entire month of March-2025 due to repair and improvement.
Four (4) complimentary bottled water and coffee are provided.

In order to comply with community rules, we need a copy of your government ID/Passport 48-hours prior to checking in. Note: Without these requirements, guests will not be allowed to check in
Guest should be properly registered with the concierge of the building for identification and security purposes.
FUN FACT: Our place is originally 1Bedroom unit but decided to remove the
bedroom partition for hotel like experience and allocate more space for luggage.
Feel free to bring in your own food and drink
Unit is sanitized, vacuumed & mopped.
For every 8 days stay, you get a one-time complimentary cleaning and change of
fresh towels and linens. This shall be scheduled at the guest's preferred time in advance.
For cleanings outside of schedules or upon guest's request, we charge a standard fee of 1200 PHP for a 2-hour cleaning that also includes changing of sheets and towels.
Self check-in with smart lock access- code will be provided a day before arrival
Laundry service is available on the ground floor inside Alfamart for an extra fee.
Parking is available at an extra cost (350 PHP per night). Its conveniently located in the same building as our condo, accessible via the elevators. Vehicle registration is required before parking.
